Rear-Wheel Installation Instructions
Step 1
Center this bracket as shown, make sure the mounting bolt is tight about 50 lbs torque per sq inch.
Step 2
Slide engine kit as shown on engine mounting bracket.
Step 3
Install R-pin to mounting bracket as shown.
Step 4
Check to make sure drive wheel is center on tire as shown, if not it can be adjusted by loosening bolt in step 1 and bracket can be slide up, down, or side to side.
Step 5
Install throttle lever and tighten (Phillips screwdriver needed) make sure to use Loctite on all bolts threads except in the mounting bolt in step 1.
Step 6
Install cable end into throttle by placing the cable barrel end into hole and pulling the wire through the u-shaped bracket on throttle.
Step 7
Attach the throttle cable to handle bars by using the Velcro cable ties that come on the cable.
Step 8
Route throttle cable to your frame, secure with Velcro cable ties (should be already on throttle cable) as shown in picture.
Step 9
Hook one end of the bungee cord into hole (as shown in picture) Route bungee cord down between wheel and frame and back up and hook in hole (a shown in picture).Hint: Adjust bungee tight enough to turn engine over when rolled (engaged).
Step 10
In this step you will need a 7/16 wrench, attach neutral engagement bracket as shown in picture, engage lift handle in the neutral position, adjust so drive wheel is 1/4'' to 1/2'' off the tire then tighten u-bolt (after tightening this u-bolt you can cut off excess bolt threads using a hex saw or be careful not to scratch your bike).

Completed Kit:
Important! Before you ride, make sure your fuel is mixed correctly 40:1 ratio use premium 2 cycle oil. To start engine when cold pump fuel bulb located on top of carburetor 4x to 6x or until full of fuel. Move choke to full choke peddle bike to 3 to 5 mph and engage engine on to the tire.When engine starts to fire open choke and you'll be on your way.
