Rear-Wheel Cable Lift Installation Instructions
Step 1
Center the bracket as shown, make sure the mounting bolt is tight.
Step 2
Slide engine kit as shown on engine mounting bracket.
Step 3
Install R-pin to mounting bracket as shown.
Step 4
Check to make sure drive wheel is center on tire as shown, if not it can be adjusted by loosening bolt in step 1 and bracket can be slide up, down, or side to side.
Step 5
Install throttle lever and tighten (Phillips screwdriver needed) make sure to use Loctite on all bolts threads except in the mounting bolt in step 1.
Step 6
Install cable end into throttle by placing the cable barrel end into hole and pulling the wire through the u-shaped bracket on throttle.
Step 7
Attach the throttle cable to handle bars by using the Velcro cable ties that come on the cable.
Step 8
Install lift lever to left handle bar as shown.
Step 9
Install cable disengagement bracket on seat post under the seat (as shown in picture). You will need a 7/16" wrench.
Step 10
Hook one end of the bungee cord into hole (as shown in picture). Route bungee cord down between wheel and frame and back up and hook in hole (as shown in picture). Important: Adjust bungee tight enough to turn engine over when tier is rolled (engine engaged).
Step 11
Adjust lift cable clip and snap to engine as shown.
Disengaged / Engaged
Adjust cable so the drive wheel lifts off tire as shown
Completed Kit:
Important! Before you ride, make sure your fuel is mixed correctly 40:1 ratio use premium 2 cycle oil. To start engine when cold pump fuel bulb located on top of carburetor 4x to 6x or until full of fuel. Move choke to full choke peddle bike to 3 to 5 mph and engage engine on to the tire.When engine starts to fire open choke and you'll be on your way.
